Could Mesas Be Ancient Tree Stumps?

Old trees can be seen as a rarity, they are accounted for and protected as a natural monument.

But why do they say all the forest, even in Siberia, are not older than 200 years?

WHERE ARE THE GIANTS?
I want to approach this issue from the other side – beginning from the Earth’s poles.  Soviet biologists have discovered something strange: the poles unnatural quantity of water in the form of ice and snow, and an unnatural quantity of carbon dioxide dissolved in the oceans.  This clearly adds to the latest general craze trend about global warming.  With some simple calculations, scientists claim they have deduced a figure that says that recently there was general warming in 99.9% of the Earth’s biosphere.

Are These Giant Prehistoric Trees

All around the world we find these strange giant Mountain Towers that just don’t fit in with where they are located. In many cases The resemblance to massive Tree Stumps is undeniable.

Could these “Mountains” and Gigantic Rocks serve as evidence that the earth was once populated by massive trees and that our current forests are merely the leftover shrubs? Are Flat top mountains the remnants of behemoth trees?

Breath of Life- Suggestions for Conscious Healthy Breathing

Correct breathing means you breathe in a way that is physiologically optimal for your body. It’s the way you were designed to breathe, only you were never taught how to. Over time, stress causes our muscles to tighten up and our respiration rate to quicken. Most of us become thoracic breathers, using only the middle and upper parts of the lungs. The path to better breathing is just a breath away. Luckily, changing your breathing habits isn’t all that complicated. All you have to do is adopt the following five simple principles, and you’ll be sure to make the most out of the 25,000 breaths you take every day:

Benefits of Going For A Long Walk Daily- How Far and How Long

How long should you walk, and how often?

So you’re convinced. It’s time to take up a daily walking routine. But how long should you walk and how often? It depends on what you want to achieve. To decrease health risks such as heart disease, you need to exercise at a moderate level for 30 minutes at least four days a week. Fortunately, this doesn’t mean you need to get on the treadmill and stay there for 30 minutes. Researchers have found that it’s the total time spent exercising daily that matters, even if your 30 minutes is split up in 10-minute increments throughout the day. Walking is the perfect form of exercise to split up this way. If you live close enough, take a short walk to work. Walk over to a friend’s house instead of driving. Those small increments of walking add up.
